Please use this form to register your child for Sailing, Tennis, Day Camp, and CIT programs. You must complete all the parent information and emergency contact information in the first part. Items identified with an asterisk are mendatory and will appear in pink if the information is missing.

Once complete click on the ”add child” box at the bottom of the page to move to the next step.

Enter your membership status and your child’s age to see available camps.  Note that when the session is full, the week no longer appears on the form.

Members’ registrations start on January 15th, 2024

Member Guests may register as of  March 15th, 2024 in all camps per summer except CIT, available to members only.*

Non-members may register as of April 15th, 2024 in Sailing Camp and Tennis Camp.*

 

* Guests and non-members may register for 1 week only from the 8th of July until the 5th of August.

* Guests and non-members may register for 2 consecutive weeks: June 24th and July 1st, OR August 12th & 19th.

* WEEK (9) of August 19th to the 23rd will be confirmed depending on registrations.

By submitting this form you hereby authorize the BLBC staff to take all necessary steps to ensure my child’s well-being and safety in case of an emergency. I also authorize the BLBC staff to accompany my child on outings.

Camp Cancellation Policy

Any camp cancellation requested at least one week before the ”Opening of camps” in June are refunded in full.

For any cancellations requested after the opening of camps, a seven-day notice and a $50 administrative fee will be required per week canceled and per camper. Due to staffing commitments, no refunds are given for cancellations made within one week of the camp session. Weeks can be interchanged depending on availability. Any changes in your camp registration must be confirmed with the Club Administrator.
