Since 2025, we have moved all of our registration & payment systems to Amilia. You can access the store below to register your child for Sailing, Tennis, Day Camp, and CIT programs.

For members, you may only register for camps if you have renewed your membership. Please contact us if you are experiencing any issues with registering for camps! Click here to read the guide for members.

Invited guests & non-members may register as of March 18th, 2026 in all camps. Registration must be requested online via the “Memberships” section on Amilia  and processed by our admin team. Adult activities and social events are restricted to members only, and guests will be registered using the member’s account.

  • Guests and non-members may register for 1 week only during our peak weeks. (Weeks 3-5)
  • Guests and non-members may register for 2 weeks during off-peak weeks. (Weeks 1-2 or 6-7)
  • If additional weeks are desired, guests & non-members may contact the admin team at info@clublacbrome.com to be placed on a waiting list, or include it in their initial request for registration. On the Friday prior to the week in question, the Camp Manager will release available spots, and the families will be contacted in waitlist priority order if a space is available.
    • Note that additional weeks will be subject to a fee of $20 per week; i.e. first additional week will be $20; second additional week will be $40; etc.

* WEEK 8 – Girls’ Sailing Week will be confirmed depending on funding & registration, as well as availability of instructors. This week is open to all, regardless of membership status.

Payments & Cancellations

When you add your children’s camp weeks to your cart and head to checkout, you will have the option to pay by instalments. You will be required to pay a $50 deposit up front, and then equalized payments on March 1st, April 1st, May 1st, and June 1st. If you register after March 1st, only three additional payments will be available. Please contact our admin team if you need to adjust a date or amount of your payments.

In order to automate our cancellations, please note an update to our camp cancellation policy:

  • You can cancel any camp registration up to 45 days in advance of the start of the week with no penalty.
  • Between 45 days to 7 days in advance, a $50 admin fee will be applied.
  • Due to staffing commitments, no refund will be available for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp session.
  • You may contact the admin team to swap your camper’s camp week to another week or another program, subject to availability. An admin fee of $25 (program swap) or $50 (week swap) will apply
