***NEW REGISTRATION SYSTEM FOR 2025***

New for 2025, we have moved all of our registration & payment systems to Amilia. You can access the store below to register your child for Sailing, Tennis, Day Camp, and CIT programs.

For members, you should have received an activation request & your annual membership fees invoice by email in February. Please contact us if you have not yet activated your member account and are experiencing any issues with registering for camps! Click here to read the launch guide for members.

For non-members and guests, please note that you may only use the Amilia platform to register children for camp programs. Adult activities and social events are restricted to members only, and guests will be registered using the member’s account. Click here to read the launch guide for non-members and guests.

Invited guests may register as of  March 25th, 2025 in all camps.*

Non-members may register as of March 25th, 2025 in Sailing Camp, Tennis Camp, and CIT program.*

* Guests and non-members may register for 1 week only from the 7th of July until the 1st of August. (Weeks 3-6)

* Guests and non-members may register for 2 weeks during off-peak weeks: June 23rd and June 30th, August 4th & 11th. (Weeks 1-2 or 7-8)

* WEEK 9 – Girls’ Sailing Week of August 18th to the 22nd will be confirmed depending on funding & registration, as well as availability of instructors. This week is open to all, regardless of membership status.

Payments & Cancellations

When you add your children’s camp weeks to your cart and head to checkout, you will have the option to pay by instalments. You will be required to pay a $50 deposit up front, and then equalized payments on April 1st, May 1st, and June 1st. If you register after April 1st, only two additional payments will be available. Please contact our admin team if you need to adjust a date or amount of your payments.

In order to automate our cancellations, please note an update to our camp cancellation policy:

  • You can cancel any camp registration up to 45 days in advance of the start of the week with no penalty.
  • Between 45 days to 7 days in advance, a $50 admin fee will be applied.
  • Due to staffing commitments, no refund will be available for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp session.
  • You may contact the admin team to swap your camper’s camp week to another week or another program, subject to availability. An admin fee of $25 (program swap) or $50 (week swap) will apply
